commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use, unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand

i retain the right to anything i draw/design, and it can be used on my portfolio unless discussed beforehand

i retain copyright ownership of all artwork unless explicitly tranferred

clients may repost commissioned artwork with credit

clients must provide clear references and descriptions before work begins

major changes after approval stages may incur extra fees

payment plans are available for commissions over £100

full payment is required upfront unless a payment play has been agreed upon

finished artwork will not be delivered until payment is completed in full

refunds are not available post sketch

turnaround time averages 2-4 weeks, but may vary depending on complexity

real-life responsibilities and health may affect turnaround times (i’m a university student)

clients will be informed of any delays past the estimated TAT

if i feel i cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be issued

please communicate respectfully and clearly

excessive spam, harassment, or rude behaviour may result in cancellation

clients are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe, if there is no response within 2 weeks, the commission will be considered abandoned and you forfeit whatever you have paid

anything NSFW will recquire proof of being +18

artwork may not be: traces, used for ai training/plugged in to any ai, minted as NFTs, commercially sold without permission

editing my artwork beyond cropping/resizing is not permitted

prices are subject to change, but will not change after a commission has been confirmed and paid for
